When you're enrolled in one of our trading systems, you'll have access to:

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to cancel your membership. If you'd like to take a break from Merlin or Lamorak's quest to help you become a profitable trader, follow the steps below.
How to cancel your Merlin or Lamorak membership
On the top hand navigation, visit the Account page and click on the Cancel button underneath your membership level.
If you'd prefer to contact us directly to cancel, you can email us at [email protected] and we'll help take care of it for you. If you choose the email method, make sure to include the username or email address that you signed up with so we can identify your account. Your account will be canceled at the time of email so please do not request cancellations for future dates.
You can choose either cancellation method, you do not need to do both.

We’ve put a great deal of work into creating quality products and services and we have a responsive support team ready to help before you make any buying decisions. If you have any hesitations or questions prior to joining, reach out to us and we're happy to help.
- Don't forget to start with the $1 trial to make sure Merlin and Lamorak are the right fit for you
- Review our monthly performance reports for complete transparency (published since strategy inception)
You are free to cancel your membership on your own at any time, and we will immediately terminate your account and stop future billing, however, there are no refunds issued for previously processed payments. All payments are final and no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued.
Refund policy: digital downloads, products, & services
We’ve put a great deal of work into creating quality products and services and we have a responsive support team ready to help before you make any buying decisions. If you run into any technical problems or experience issues with our products please contact us, and we'll work to resolve things as soon as possible.
Because all of our products are digital and information is entirely available immediately upon download, there are no refunds or exchanges given for digital goods purchased at the Trade Risk including trading tools, TC2000 products, custom coding, or consulting.
