Refund Policy and Cancellation Steps
We’ve put a great deal of work into creating quality products and services and we have a responsive support team ready to help before you make any buying decisions. If you have any hesitations or questions prior to joining, reach out to us and we're happy to help.
If you run into any technical problems or experience issues with our products please contact us, and we'll work to resolve things as soon as possible.
No refund policy
All payments for memberships, digital products, and services are final. We do not offer refunds, partial or pro-rated, once a payment has been processed.
Trade Risk maintains a no refund policy because all of our products are digital and information is entirely available immediately upon joining a membership or downloading a product.
Cancel your membership on your own at anytime
You can cancel your trading memberships at any time directly through your account settings. Once canceled, we will immediately terminate your account and stop all future billing.
Steps to cancel your membership
- Log in to your Trade Risk account: https://www.thetraderisk.com/login/
- On the top-hand navigation, visit the Account page (https://www.thetraderisk.com/membership-account/)
- Under the My Memberships header click on the Cancel link underneath your membership level.
If you'd prefer to contact us directly to cancel, you can email us at [email protected] and we'll help take care of it for you. Your account will be canceled at the time of email so please do not request cancellations for future dates.
You can choose either cancellation method, you do not need to do both.
