4. AI and Automated Data Processing

Certain membership tiers may also allow you to connect your own AI agent or automated system to our content through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an API, or similar interfaces ("Agent Access"). If you use Agent Access, we log records of that activity — including the requests made and the data returned — associated with an internal account identifier. Any interpretation or output your agent generates from our data is produced by your agent, not by us. Agent Access and the related logging are governed by our Terms of Service and described further in Section 6 (Data Retention).

5. Information Sharing

We share information with service providers that help operate our business (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers receive only what they need to perform their services and must protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of data:

Account, membership, and billing records are retained for the life of your account and for a period afterward as needed for tax, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes.
Agent Access (MCP) activity logs, applicable only to members who use an Agent Access membership tier, are retained for approximately twenty-four (24) months. These logs record the requests made and the data returned and are associated with an internal account identifier rather than directly with your name or email.
Usage and analytics data collected from general site visitors is retained on a shorter, rolling basis.

Separately, we maintain archival records of our own published market and system outputs (currently retained for up to seven years) for business, performance-substantiation, and compliance purposes. These archives reflect what we published and are not linked to individual members or used to identify you.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7). Please note that we may need to retain certain records — including transaction records and activity logs — for the periods described above or as required by law, even after a deletion request, and certain records are maintained in formats that cannot be altered after creation.

Depending on your location (for example, California or the European Union), you may have the right to:

Request correction or deletion
Object to or restrict processing
